Phase Hockey Training Mission Statement

The mission of Phase Hockey is to provide a training environment that allows each player to grow and develop at a pace that is comfortable yet challenging for the player and the player's family. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment where each player will improve and progress through the various phases of their hockey development.

The staff of PHT is committed to putting the player's needs first, practicing skills and tactics by using properly paced drills, increasing muscle memory through consistent repetitions and creating attainable goals. At Phase Hockey Training we care about the overall development of each player and strive with each session to create an atmosphere that is positive and inclusive to every child.
